We use it for everything! Wash dishes, laundry, me, my hair, floors (8 cats, 2 pups), drink it for vitamins and minerals with honey - it is endless and very good if you there are health issues in the house and chemical allergies. Yes, for tougher stains, add baking soda, with you can use on teeth with vinegar. Added plus all this cleaning and if anyone knows on one on assistance, they both can be bought with food stamps.
